With that belief in mind, we design a wedding experience around four core elements: exceptional service, unique setting, world-class cuisine and exquisite accommodation.

Your guests are our guests. We celebrate the culture of impeccable hospitality, and extend an authentic and warm welcome to all who cross our threshold. Our team has been trained in traditional hospitality values. This means while great care is given to attention to detail, the service is intuitive and never obtrusive.  Behind the scenes our team will attend to all the finer details: from making sure both you and your wedding party are comfortable in your accommodation, to the details of the ceremony, and the seamless roll-out of the reception.

The Cellars-Hohenort is located in ‘Cape Town’s Vineyard’, the historical Constantia Valley on the breathtaking slopes of Table Mountain. Our historic hotel is set in 9.5 acres of beautifully manicured gardens, which feature the second-oldest camphor trees in South Africa, an enchanted forest, a vineyard, secret doorways, a rose garden and so much more. Within this setting we offer a variety of mesmerising indoor and outdoor locations for you to say ‘I do’.

At The Cellars-Hohenort, the head chef and our event planner will meet with the bridal couple prior to their wedding day to create a personalised set menu, paired with a range of world-class wines. The menu can be exquisitely tailored to your needs, from a fine-dining reception dinner to a champagne breakfast or relaxed lunch.

All of our 51 rooms and suites boast panoramic views of Table Mountain or our beautiful gardens. There is something to suit everyone in your wedding party, including those travelling as a family. We further have several bridal suite options which are complimentary if booked together with one of our bridal packages.
