Perennial favourites, served in a breathtaking setting
At The Conservatory, guests may expect an eclectic, light and abundant menu, featuring uncomplicated
yet perfectly executed food served in the most idyllic garden setting.
Guests may choose from three special locations – the main dining section, with stunning views of our historical garden with its ancient Camphor trees; the ‘breakfast room’; and the terrace overlooking the garden.
Head Chef Paul Nash, together with his talented team has created a classic menu with a focus on firm favourites, including some of Liz McGrath’s personal recipes.
From Cape Malay rubbed line fish, Mushroom & lentil bobotie, Springbok on the braai, the menu has something for everyone, with Paul adding a special lightness to dishes such as her signature Boland Cheese Soufflé with Cheesy Gin Sauce.
Working in perfect harmony with the natural setting, The Conservatory incorporates fresh produce picked from our very own gardens whenever possible, including local fynbos.
Afternoon Tea is of course another favourite, and The Conservatory is the perfect place to enjoy our special Cellar’s Classic High Tea with friends and loved ones.
