Our talented bartenders are putting a Greenhouse Bar twist on the Classic Margarita to create one of our signature Martinis, the Grapefruit & Pink Peppercorn Margarita. You need:
- Margarita glass
- Ice blocks
- Cocktail shaker
- 50ml El Jimador
- 25ml Pink peppercorn syrup
- 50ml grape fruit juice
- Lime
- Strainer
- Salt
Method
- Put ice blocks into the Margarita glass to chill the glass
- Add all ingredients (except salt) into a cocktail shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously combining all the ingredients
- Garnish glass by wetting the rim slightly, then dip the glass rim in salt
- Using a strainer pour out all the liquid, making sure no ice goes through
- Serve
